GOLD and PLATINUM PLANS:
For Fixed Monthly Price OR A Percentage of Collected Amount one RCM team or one PM team or both are provided. Teams have a leader and the right # of managers, associates and analysts. These teams are specifically trained in Medical or Dental or Physiotherapy billing and RCM. Pricing is based on team composition and is billed monthly. For % Based Price a fixed percentage of insurance collected amount and/or patient collected amount is billed every month.
À la carte and STAFF & SKILL ADDITION PLANS:
For Pay As You Use Hourly Price a per hour amount is billed monthly for actual effort by a RCM/PM resource. Hourly amount varies by skill and experience level of resources. For Pay As You Use Monthly Price A monthly amount is negotiated for a given service and invoiced every month. For FTE Monthly Price a monthly amount is set for the resources made available based on skill and experience.
