Rohit provides strategic and business leadership at HealthIQ based on his 20+ years in the US healthcare and life science industry. Most recently he was the chief executive of Triangle Insights Group (a strategic consultancy) and EVP of Mercalis (a patient services company). Rohit has also served as a Managing Director at Clearview Healthcare Partners and led the commercial strategy practice at IQVIA. Rohit is passionate about bringing innovation and disruption to the healthcare industry. Rohit is a Yale MBA and a graduate of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and Pune University.

Jitender also runs a medical coding and billing training company and has trained thousands of coding and billing resources during his career. His deep domain knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle, payor trends, billing statistics, RCM technology, and management outsourcing operations is foundational for the success of our clients and our company. Amit Kumar
MD, Founder
Amit is a managing director in the firm and leads the entire operations in our New Delhi GDC (Global Delivery Center). Amit has spent over 20 years in the medical billing and RCM industry and has personally handled each of the tasks involved – from coding, billing and AR calling to patient scheduling and prior authorizations. He has completed his graduation from Himachal University and has received almost all the certifications provided by America Academy of Professional Coders.

Anuj is a seasoned people leader and manager within the healthcare revenue cycle management space. During his career he has garnered in-depth experience in billing, coding, accounts receivables and denials management. He has wide knowledge of the insurance and payer landscape and manages the entire outsourcing team of HealthIQ. Anuj has a bachelor’s degree from Delhi University and an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University

HR Leader
Nilay leads all human resource functions for HealthIQ. His experience and skills are unique for this role given he has himself been a RCM expert working on the entire set of processes including billing, coding, A/R, denials management and more. As a result of his hands on experience, Nilay has the appreciation for the skills and attitudes required in hiring and managing a top class billing and RCM organization. Nilay has a bachelor’s degree from Magadh University and professional RCM certifications from AAPC.
